Welcome to Villa Bonheur de Valérie, a fully air-conditioned single-storey property nestled in Cinqueux (Oise), just a stone's throw from the royal town of Senlis, imperial Compiègne and princely Chantilly. Ideally set amid forests and nature, the house is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
The house features a spacious 45 m² living room and kitchen opening directly onto the pool area, a relaxation room with a 7-seat sauna and hot tub, a games room, and a separate air-conditioned pool house studio — rented together with the main house, exclusively for your group.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, American-style fridge, wine cooler, oven, microwave, hob, raclette set, crêpe maker, fondue set, Tassimo, kettle, teapot and plenty of storage. The living room has a 6-seat corner sofa bed, a 65" Philips Ambilight smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV, and a connected speaker.
The villa is ideally located in Cinqueux (Oise, 60), a stone's throw from Senlis, Compiègne and Chantilly. Surrounded by forests and nature, it is ideal for walks, hikes, sightseeing and relaxation.
The village has all the essentials: bakery, delicatessen and small grocery shop less than 5 minutes' walk away. The station (3 km) offers direct trains to Paris Gare du Nord. Many restaurants and one of the largest shopping areas in France are 5–15 minutes away by car.
+ 1 baby welcome (cot on request). The house is rented to a single group only, no sharing.

Smoking (including shisha) is forbidden indoors and in the pool area. Smoking is allowed on the main terrace only.
Noise is strictly forbidden after 9 pm and must be kept moderate during the day — this is a very quiet residential area. Any complaint will result in immediate eviction.
Parties and organised events of any kind are strictly forbidden.
Pool and hot tub: no nudity and no burkinis. One- or two-piece swimsuits for women, swim briefs or swim shorts for men.
No steps or stairs inside the house. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility for other reasons.
Cameras around the property, car parks, pool and terraces. No cameras inside the house or the pool house.
Use of the barbecue is subject to a €50 deposit by cheque or in cash, to be handed over on arrival and returned on departure if the barbecue is returned clean. See the booking terms.
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am.
40% of the total amount on booking by bank transfer. Balance due 1 week before arrival.
Full payment possible 7 days before arrival.
Flat cleaning fee of €150 per stay, included in the total shown when you book.
€1,000 security deposit by cheque or in cash, to be handed over on arrival. Returned in full on departure if there is no damage.
Additional €50 deposit by cheque or in cash for use of the barbecue, to be handed over on arrival. Returned on departure if the barbecue is returned clean.
Free cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival date. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
